“I have been in academia for the last 50 years-as a teacher, administrator and researcher. The role of an academic is , I believe, to acquire knowledge, disseminate knowledge and to create knowledge.
Whether in or out of the classroom, my approach has always been interactive and hands-on. I talk directly to people, show them how to do certain things and, hopefully, inspire them to do better and greater things.,” said Dr Teo.
