Don’t let “Bad” mood affects your productivities all day, it can weaken the quality of your work and life. It’s important how to manage your own emotions and are not governed entirely by them.
Some 80 students from SMJK Union attended the “Emotion Management” E-Workshop conducted by Disted School of Psychology and learn how to understand emotions and manage them.
The 1-hour e-workshop filled with knowledge how to improve emotion management skills, how to react towards emotional situations and always stay positive.
