The School of Business and Administration initiated an up close and personal session with Mr Frank Ee, the founder of Frank Laurent Coffee Roasters on the 8th October 2019. Frank who is also an alumni of DISTED College gave an insightful sharing of his entrepreneurship journey. Young and vibrant, he emphasized on exploring and finding one’s passion. He is also a true believer of hands-on and leadership by example by being there for his team. Citing his team as his formula for success, he values people who brings in creativity and a drive for the coffee business. Frank also shared the art of a good cup of coffee, how the café industry has evolved and the exciting times ahead for his business. We want to thank Frank for his precious time and a fruitful session, not to mention the free coffee service provided before and after the talk. Thanks to Rachel and Estee for serving us with a good cup of Frank Laurent Latte.
