FULL TIME LECTURER
SCHOOL OF BUSINESS & HOSPITALITY
Lecturer (Marketing)
Responsibilities:
- Teach and supervise students in the areas mentioned above.
- Develop, review, and update all learning materials in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.
- Responsible for the design, administration, and marking of exams and other assessments.
- Provide academic counseling and pastoral care to all students.
- Involve in campus activities if required.
Requirements:
- Must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in Marketing specialization from a recognised University and the relevant areas of expertise.
- Preferably candidates with 1-2 years of teaching experience at tertiary level.
- Fresh graduates or Candidates with industrial experience (with a Master’s) are welcome to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high oral and written competency in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work in Team.

FULL TIME LECTURER
SCHOOL OF PSYCHOLOGY
Lecturer (Psychology)
Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality teaching, engage in scholarly activities, and contribute to the academic and professional development of students in psychology-related programs. The lecturer is expected to support curriculum development, assessment, and research initiatives that align with institutional goals, support outreach programs and student engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate psychology courses, including lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Develop and update curriculum content to ensure relevance to current theories, practices, and industry needs.
- Supervise students in research projects, dissertations, and practical training.
- Design, prepare, and grade assessments, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation.
- Conduct academic advising, mentoring, and provide pastoral support to students.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publications and conference presentations.
- Contribute to departmental administration, program review, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary projects and external partnerships.
- Maintain professional development and stay abreast of advances in psychology.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Teaching experience at tertiary or higher education level is an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge in one or more psychology specializations (e.g., clinical, counseling, cognitive, developmental, organizational, social psychology).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Research and publication record (preferred).
