In conjunction with Mini Circuits’ 50th year of establishment and 20 years of establishing the Penang branch celebrations, the esteemed organisation has pledge to support academic institutions in cultivating the next generation of electrical and electronics engineers in the state. Dr Seah was invited to join the auspicious ceremony which took place on 13th Oct, Saturday at E&O Hotel and was delighted and honoured to accept a contribution of RM120,000 on behalf of DISTED College for the DISTED-Mini Circuits Scholarship fund. The fund was established to support and encourage school leavers to pursue a career in the field of Computer Science or E&E Engineering via the DISTED-Japan Transfer Programme.
DISTED-Japan Transfer programme provides a direct articulation to some of Japan’s most prestigious higher learning institutions and earn a recognised undergraduate qualification after completing a 2 years 4 months diploma programme in computer science or electrical and electronics engineering at DISTED.
