Studying Psychology at DISTED, in collaboration with HELP University, has been among my most meaningful decisions to date. While I have work experience, I decided to pursue Psychology as a second degree as a fresh path, one that connects with my own experiences, interest in mental health and Psychology-related postgraduate programmes.
HELP is one of the earliest pioneers of Psychology in Malaysia. As such, their Psychology syllabus combines strong academic foundations with practical application. You don’t just learn theory, you learn to also think critically and reflect deeply. Learning about research has also been eye-opening. You begin to probe, analyse evidence and appreciate how research underpins everything we know about human behaviour.

Taking Diploma in Creative Multimedia Production at DISTED College has been such an exciting journey for me. Honestly, when I first started, I wasn’t too sure if I was good enough in designing or video, but the classes here really helped me grow. The course is super hands-on, from shooting videos to editing, animation, and even design projects. It’s not just about sitting in class; we actually get to create and experiment with our own ideas, which makes learning way more fun.
The lecturers are really supportive too. They don’t just teach us the basics, but they encourage us to think outside the box and find our own style. Whenever I felt stuck, they were always ready to guide me. On top of that, I met so many friends with the same passion for creativity.
