AKEPT recently organised a 2-day seminar titled “Administrative Laws in Governing Higher Education Institutions.” For attendees needing a legal background, comprehending the intricacies of these laws could be daunting and intimidating. The seminar featured esteemed speakers, including Mr. Mansor Ibrahim from the Ministry of Higher Education’s Human Resource Management Division, Dr. Khairul Anuar, Chairman of the Legal Advisers Council of Public University, and Mr. Mohd Adzam Khodzin, an Industrial Relations and Human Resources specialist.
