DELL and PYDC will be collaborating on the “Develop With DELL” training program, scheduled to commence this October. This program will be open to students, providing valuable opportunities for engagement with DELL. Institutions like DISTED College have been invited to participate, ensuring that students can reap the benefits of this initiative.
We’re excited to share the news of the soft launch of the EdServ Training Rooms, a collaborative effort between the Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC) and DELL Technologies. The event occurred at SWTC DELL Penang and welcomed representatives from esteemed higher learning institutions and high schools within the Penang region.
Present at the event were distinguished individuals from both organisations. Ms. Jenn Owe-Lee, Director of APJ Customer Technical Training at DELL Technologies Education Services, and Mr. Andy M., Digital Director of Human Resources at DELL Technologies, represented DELL Technologies. PYDC was represented by Dr. Gwee Sai Ling, the General Manager of PYDC.
This soft launch focused on DELL’s educational initiative, the EdServ Training Rooms. These rooms mark a significant milestone as the first DELL Training Rooms introduced in the Asia Pacific-Japan (APJ) region. Penang is the chosen location for these training rooms, making it a groundbreaking endeavour within the APJ region and for Malaysia. These cutting-edge facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including augmented reality capabilities, to enhance training programmes conducted within the rooms.
