Lecturer (Psychology)
Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality teaching, engage in scholarly activities, and contribute to the academic and professional development of students in psychology-related programs. The lecturer is expected to support curriculum development, assessment, and research initiatives that align with institutional goals, support outreach programs and student engagement activities.
职责:
- Teach undergraduate psychology courses, including lectures, tutorials, seminars, and practical sessions.
- Develop and update curriculum content to ensure relevance to current theories, practices, and industry needs.
- Supervise students in research projects, dissertations, and practical training.
- Design, prepare, and grade assessments, ensuring fair and transparent evaluation.
- Conduct academic advising, mentoring, and provide pastoral support to students.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publications and conference presentations.
- Contribute to departmental administration, program review, and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary projects and external partnerships.
- Maintain professional development and stay abreast of advances in psychology.
所需条件:
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- Teaching experience at tertiary or higher education level is an advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge in one or more psychology specializations (e.g., clinical, counseling, cognitive, developmental, organizational, social psychology).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Research and publication record (preferred).

Lecturer (Multimedia)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Multimedia Lecturer to teach at both the Diploma and Degree levels. The candidate will deliver engaging lessons, guide students in practical and creative projects, and contribute to curriculum enhancement and academic quality.
职责:
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and practical classes in multimedia-related subjects.
- Develop teaching materials, lesson plans, assessments, and digital resources.
- Supervise student projects, assignments, and portfolios.
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate examinations and assessments.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and consultation to students.
- Participate in curriculum review and enhancement.
- Maintain records for attendance, grading, and student progress.
- Contribute to academic meetings, programme coordination, and institutional quality assurance.
- Participate in marketing, outreach activities, and student recruitment when required.
所需条件:
- Master’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (PhD is an added advantage).
- Teaching experience at diploma or degree level is preferred.
- Industry experience in multimedia, digital media, or creative content is an advantage.
- Proficiency in multimedia software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing applications).
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage classes and engage students effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
