My time at DISTED College was a lot of fun. I was part of the second batch of the Diploma in Creative Multimedia Production program (DCMP), and there were only about 5–6 students in our class There were only about five to six students in our class, creating a highly personalized learning environment that allowed for greater interaction and individual attention from the instructor. Thanks to Mr. Luqman and Mr. Zaki, I learned a lot of creative and technical skills that I still use today.
DISTED played an important role in my journey because I wasn’t limited to learning just one skill. I had the opportunity to explore different areas of multimedia, from design to video production, while learning from passionate lecturers who were always willing to guide and support us. Although our class was small, we became more like a DCMP family than just classmates. The close-knit environment making our learning experience even more even more meaningful.
Today, I work in Japan in the event and creative industries, and I still find myself using many of the things I learned during my DCMP days. Looking back, I’m grateful for the experiences, friendships, and knowledge I gained at DISTED. DCMP will always be one of my best memories.
Coming to Disted for Foundation in Science was an eye opening experience that helped me grow as a person and prepare for university. The lecturers here are very experienced and patient.
The “newer” lecturers are also fun to interact with, which surprised me because secondary teachers always warned that “lecturers wouldn’t slow down for you.” But many I’ve encountered are very encouraging and approachable.
I’ve also met amazing people along the way who inspire me, especially seeing how they balance work while studying. Foundation trained me to study more effectively as time passes quickly, and the program has been both enriching and supportive.
The college provides a quiet, favourable environment free from overcrowding, with easy parking. Disted has given me a stronger academic foundation and the drive to pursue my next studies. I’m grateful for the experience I had in this college.

My achievement in the SACE International programme was not an individual accomplishment, but one shaped by the support, guidance and encouragement of the people around me at DISTED. I was fortunate to learn alongside dedicated lecturers and supportive friends who played a significant role in my journey.
I recall the consistent practice of past year papers in my Accounting and Mathematics classes, which helped strengthen my understanding and exam readiness. My English and Psychology lessons were filled with in‑depth, real‑world discussions and thoughtful guidance from lecturers. At the same time, some of my most memorable moments were in the Art room, where creative sessions added colour and balance to demanding study days. Each lesson contributed not only to my academic performance but also to my personal growth.
The quiet and focused learning environment at DISTED supported my ability to concentrate and fully engage with the syllabus. Equally important was the presence of my classmates, whose energy and encouragement helped build my resilience during stressful periods. We supported one another through assignments, tests and examinations, creating a strong sense of community.

Studying at DISTED was more than just sitting in a classroom. The programme combines strong theory with practical learning. As a Year 2 student in the Bachelor of Psychology program at DISTED College, I feel fortunate to be part of a learning environment that not only provides knowledge but also encourages growth and reflection. My journey so far has been both rewarding and meaningful.

Studying at DISTED College has given me experiences that I don’t think I could have gotten anywhere else. Studying Psychology at DISTED, in collaboration with HELP University, has been among my most meaningful decisions to date. While I have work experience, I decided to pursue Psychology as a second degree as a fresh path, one that connects with my own experiences, interest in mental health and Psychology-related postgraduate programmes.
HELP is one of the earliest pioneers of Psychology in Malaysia. As such, their Psychology syllabus combines strong academic foundations with practical application.
