DISTED College organised an Accounting Seminar for interested students currently undergoing their SPM this year.
Registration began at 9.00am sharp and saw a total of 90 students registering for the seminar from different high schools throughout Penang. While waiting for the seminar to begin, the lecturers of DISTED were talking to the students, to gauge their interest in the accounting field. The seminar began on about 9:15am after the registration process.
The seminar was facilitated by Ms Tong, a lecturer from DISTED’s School of Business & Administration. Students were given tips on how to provide answers that were suited to the SPM style type of questions and time management. The students were also provided with samples of SPM past year questions to help them get into the “mood of SPM” coming November.
