Programme Overview

The Diploma in Food & Beverage Management embraces the technical and management aspects of the F&B industry which relates to culinary, beverage and dining room service, food and beverage cost control, human resource management and service leadership. The curriculum places strong emphasis on core competencies that relate to culinary management and business management, aims to equip students with applicable knowledge and skills in food service and culinary arts. It preps students to manage a profitable and professional F&B business as well. Ample opportunities are available for students’ personal career advancement and to succeed as career-minded executives. The aim of the program is to produce foodpreneurs, operating their own successful food and restaurant operations or attain leadership positions in the industry.

Overseas Study Pathway

Minimum Entry Requirements
  • SPM: Minimum 3 credits
  • IGCSE O-Level: Minimum 3 credits
  • UEC: Minimum 3 credits (Grade B)

Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
