Our Service
Our focus is in providing practical, workplace focused leadership development and performance improvement programmes to support efficient organisation development. There are two aspects to LASB service provision:
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROVISION
This includes provision of facilitated development by our expert practitioners at all level. We work with staff from entry level and middle management, right through to senior executive.
STUDENT WORK-READINESS FOCUS
Here, we work on meeting the gap between tertiary academic studies and the workforce for domestic and international students. We provide work-readiness skills aimed at giving student necessary workplace practical skills to get them “work-ready”.
