RECRUITMENT

• To be responsible for the maintenance of a smooth, efficient and effective management and administration and to ensure full compliance of all MOHE and MQA processes and procedures for the academic programmes offered by the college.

Requirements for Manager:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in any related field.
• Have at least 6-10 years’ academic and managerial experience in education or related industry.
• Must have strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to meet short and long term plans.
• Familiar with MQA and private education requirements.

Requirements for Officer/Senior Officer:

• Possess at least a degree in any related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in private higher education institution.
• Familiar with MOHE, MQA and private higher education requirements.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and oral).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

• To assist in general accounting and book-keeping functions. Responsible for Accounts Payables and day-to-day transaction processing.

Requirements:

• Possess LCCI or other recognized accounting certificate/diploma.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer literate (MS Word & Excel). Knowledge of UBS an advantage

Requirements:

• Possess minimum SPM.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel etc).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

Requirements:

• Has an honours bachelor degree or a masters degree.
• Capacity and capability to teach at bachelor degree level.
• Relevant teaching/lecturing experience would be advantageous.
• Able to teach and manage the performance of students to achieve their learning outcomes.
   

• Lecturer (Part-Time)

Requirements:

• Has at least a bachelor degree in Islamic Studies.
• Relevant teaching/lecturing experience a great advantage.
• Able to teach and manage the performance of students to achieve their learning outcomes.

Psychology

• Senior lecturers / lecturers

Requirements:

• Has at least a masters degree.
• Capacity and capability to teach at bachelor degree level.
• Relevant teaching/lecturing experience a great advantage.
• Able to teach and manage the performance of students to achieve their learning outcomes.
