The School of Hospitality Management (SHM) is set to deliver a new programme, the Diploma in Food and Beverage Management (DFBM), from March 2015 onwards. The DFBM is a two-year four-month (5 long semesters + 2 short semesters) programme designed to equip students with applicable knowledge and skills in foodservice and culinary arts, plus technical and management skills for a career in the global food and beverage industry.
