Celebration of the Seasons

Story by Samir Lim Chun Ming, Diploma in Hospitality Business Management student

DISTED College’s School of Hospitality Management held its annual HM Night on June 28 with the theme ‘Seasons in Our Lives’ at Hotel Jen, Penang. The highlight of the night was to celebrate the achievements of the School throughout the years as well as its students’ success.

It was also a welcome of sorts for new students and a gathering to bid farewell to graduating students.

One of the distinguished guests present was the President of Penang Centre of Education Tourism, Dr Mary Ann Harris, seen here with School of Hospitality Management Senior Lecturer Ms Susie Khoo.

The students gave great performances throughout the night, which was an opportunity for students to gather and enjoy each other’s company in a stress free and comfortable atmosphere.
